So I harvested the California ale yeast from my Equinox/mosaic pale back in Dec. I made my starter and noticed it's very heady after I shake it and while it's on the stir plate. Also my stir bar sounds like it spins faster then goes slower. I've adjusted this so many times. Just curious,
It's my first slurry starter. Anyone have any advice? I'm a bit nervous to pitch it once that time comes. Plan on brewing and using this starter this weekend.
