I pulled a sample for a gravity reading today to see what the brew had gotten down to. 1.073 - 1.019 in about 8 days. It should be getting close to finished.
I haven't had an arrogant bastard in a while but from what I remember this is pretty darn close to being the real deal! Will see how it ends up. I will probably leave in the primary through the weekend and then transfer to a corny for secondary fermentation.
