First Photos BIAB Stand

originally this was my 3 vessel stand I used the last 4 years I had down sized to 5 gallon batches when I built this. I had the HLT on the bottom and the mash tun on top, using 2 pumps in the system. I decided to go over to BIAB after experimenting for a while with it.
SO now I use a 4 gallon HLT just to have water to sparge on top
My kettle is my More Beer 8 gallon on the second stage, the old bottom stage will have the fermentor there so the system is now gravity fed.

the system still needs to be plumbed for gas, this is a bit of the lower area, yes it is on heavy duty casters so it can be rolled out for use and then put up and covered for storage.

the center section, the winch I got off Ebay for 24 bucks, has a rating of several tons, think it will lift 50 plus pounds of grain. onlu draw back is the webbing is 2 inches, my crane has a 2 inch opening so it scrapes the sides, I will either be finding a 1 1/2 webbing or some 2 1/2 tubing

the reason the crane boom is not welded yet is because of the webbing, I can change it out if I find larger tubing or weld it in with narrower webbing.

it s a work in progress, I will brew on it Sunday, and see if I need any changes.
