What is it supposed to be? I'd try for 1.008 to 1.012 if you don't know. Letting it sit 3 weeks will make transferring cleaner and easier. So you make the call. If bottling, let it carb up 3 weeks before lagering. Taste one to verify it is at the carbonation you want and then let it sit in the fridge a month or more after it is carbed up. Or 2ndary lager if you prefer.

is that where i warm it for and the the yeast poop?

I'm not sure what you're asking here, but the diacetyl rest is done at about 1.020, as the beer ends primary fermentation. The temperature is raised approximately 10 degrees for 24-48 hours.

After that rest, the beer is racked and the lagering begun. I lager at 34 degrees one week for each 10 points of OG. So, for a 1.060 lager, I lager for 6-8 weeks. Then I package the beer.
