First Lager, Starter Question

I have been reading the forums, and there are some different opinions on correct lager starter technique. I was wondering if anyone could give me a short suggestion on how to prepare my boston lager clone starter given that I had 6 days until brew, a 100 billion count Wyeast 2206 lager activator, and I have a 2 L flask to make a starter.
