First kolsch is amazing

Well this is my first batch and I had no idea how it would all come out. Six weeks later I am drinking my first-ever batch of beer and it is a delicious early summer kolsch. It is absolutely phenomenal. I love the recipe I got from Farmboy Brewing Supply here in Houston Texas. Marvelous recipe. I'm still flabbergasted that it all worked out the way it did. I'm so glad I watched hundreds of YouTube videos and I spoke to a ton of people on this website that helped make my first group batch a success. Thank you to everyone.

Congratulations on your success. With more time in the bottle you may get better heading and clearer beer too. Also try chilling some bottles for a longer period and see if you get good results from that.
