I have no name for this beast; it's my first attempt at a custom beer-- I was aiming for a Hefeweizen type thing. A few of the ingredients I wanted to use I couldn't find (see: hops), but before I order the stuff I wanted to get some feedback on this.

6 lbs. Northwestern wheat malt extract
3.3 lbs. ultra light malt extract
1/4 lb. Roasted barley
1/4 lb. chocolate malt
1/4 lb. black patent
3/4 oz. Sterling pellets (@60 minutes)
1/4 oz. Sterling pellets (4.6%) (@2 minutes)
1/2 tsp. Irish Moss (@10 minutes)
Wyeast #3056 Bavarian wheat lager yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming

interesting...almost a wheat stout.

if you cut out the roasted barley, black patent, and the 2 minute hop addition, you'd have yourself a traditional german dunkelweizen, albeit a little strong.
