i just want to take a second and thank revvy and yooper and all the others that helped me when i was getting started and was ignorant. I just wanted to say i just started drinking my three layer belgium from the keg and i gotta say i was very worried about this one since it called for three different brew days but it turned out tasting amazing. it could still age a little but i couldnt wait any longer to try it. this is gonna be a hobby that ill be doing forever cause i found myself enjoying my HB better than commercial beers, even those they are really good still just lost my taste for them. next one my schedule is a couple kegs i got im gonna turn into a boil kettle and fermentor so i can make bigger batches
