I have a few questions about bottling, cold crashing and aging/conditioning?
1. Is the standard 3 weeks at 70 about correct for cider in 22 oz bombers?
2. After the 3 weeks how long do I need to crash the bottles in the refrigerator?
3. After I cold crash do I need to keep the bottles cold or can I store them at room temperature?
