Hello All,
As I stated before this will be my first Okinawa IPA the recipe is pretty simple,
I am using the Midwest english bitter kit with a few hop substitutions and different yeast.
8lbs MO
8oz caramel 10
8oz carapils
1oz Chinook hops FWH
1 oz east Kent Goldings 30 min
1 oz east Kent Goldings at 15 with a bit of irsh moss
My yeast is Safeale s-04
I will mash at 154 for 60 min with a single batch sparge
Any thoughts on this would helpful
