First time EVER I had two bottles of my Belgian IPA which is delicious blow up this week. NFC why as this stuff was in the primary for a moth and has been aging on a shelf under 70 degrees for 2 months. Dam the luck.

The rest have been put in bucket covered with a towel in a spare bathtub. Hope that's the only ones.

Just had to vent, as you were.

Maybe it wasn't quite done yet at the low end of ferment temp & bottle conditioning was a bit low. Took till now to reach critical mass. E=MC squared,man...:D:drunk: "I am become Sheva...destroyer of beers"...

4oz of table sugar is what I used, I opened one last night an noticed it was over carbed as well as the head was crazy. Maybe my POS scale was off an oz or so and there lies the problem.

Will for sure double and tripel check the scale is set at zero before wieghing out sugar next time.
