May 26: started "Brewers Spring 7.5 premium beer kit" pilsner.
By instruction, it should go to carboy by may 31, but I did it may 30, because it was wery hot these days, primary fermentation started like an explosion, and by may 30 I saw almost no activity.
In carboy I saw almost no activity as well. I don't know if it was ok (it my first batch).
by instructions, beer shoud be gone to bootles by june 14. By june 12 it become almost transparent, but suddenly it started bubbling again.
Now is june 16, and it actively bubbling, it become very cloudy again, same as at the beginning.

Question: what shoul I do? Is there a way to save it?

TIA

Wait for it to stop bubbling. If the 7.5 is refering to final ABV, bottling an active batch is asking for bombs. This is an odd fermentation pattern, how hot is it? If it's over 75F, I'd be concerned about infection.

When it stops, taste it. If it tastes ok, bottle.

7.5 means liters, it gives 5 gal of beer.
Temperature is 75-76, but its the same temperature as I have in basement right now.
