First Barley Wine

Started the weekend early. Taking advantage of some cool Houston weather and brewing my first barleywine. Everything has gone smoothly, however, bees seem to love my brew kettle. The aroma coming off has attracted at least a dozen bees.

Good to know for the spring garden.

What recipe did you go with?

I went with AHS American Barley Wine - Mini Mash version. I've been pleased with all of their recipes.
