About a month ago, I tried my first AG recipe--O Flannagain's stout. I think the fermentation may have stuck; my FG was about 1.022. I also burned the hell out of my leg when the hose popped out of the HLT. I'm not really sure what my efficiency was as I didn't accurately measure how much wort I actually produced. Despite all of this, the beer, somehow, tastes really good (tried the first one last night). It's the first one I've produced with a decent head that laced the glass all the way down.

The kegging equipment just came in so I'm making some of Edwort's Apfelwein tonight and his Haus Pale next weekend. Thanks for all your help.
