I am brewing a batch of Munich Dunkel that yields 7.5 gallons. My question is how much yeast do I need? I have 2 pouches of liquid Wyeast Bavarian Lager. Is this enough? Too much since 1 pouch is all I've used for 5 gallons?

Thanks for any insight

It depends on your OG. When in doubt, always check this:

But I guess that you're better off pitching your two pouches now than wait. It _will_ ferment well (probably -- depending on the freshness of the yeast), but the results will probably won't be as optimal as if you had done a starter.
