I'm looking to use a fining agent to clear an Irish Red I'll be brewing. I see most folks cold crash in the low 30's. Will fining work in my serving keg that is in the low 40's?

I do exactly that in the 38-42 degree range and get excellent results. 1 teaspoon gelatin in a 5 gallon keg.
