I'm a home brewer out here in California. I've been brewing for about 3 years now, I started with 1 batch of expired Mr. Beer, and turned to extract a month later. I've done a few all grain batches but mostly extract. I've been lurking on the forums for several weeks now and finally decided to sign up! :rockin:
This afternoon I brewed a cream ale and now I'm just waiting for the yeast to wake up, since I used a dry yeast.
How is everyone? Anyone else brew today?
