Signing on from San Jose, California. Long time lurker signing up to post some long-standing process notes I've been taking. Been brewing for 6 years, pretty much exclusively cider and mead, but this year breaking into pyments and braggot. This community's done me some wicked solids in terms of advice and knowledge and I'm hoping to give at least a little of that back - or at least coax it out of the more senior members.
