I tried the BYO Heady Topper recipe and I'm at the dry hopping stage and had a few questions.

1) This is my first time dry hopping. Do I stir the pellets in or just place them into my beer?

2) I added the Polycar and then afterward noticed it says "requires filtration". So now I'm wondering...
2a) how the heck am I going to filter this
2b) I bottle condition, filtering is going to remove all my yeast, right? So how do I bottle condition? (the rest of the recipe reads to force carb in a keg, but I don't have. :-(

Appreciate any advice. (I have a week to figure this out... lol)

Quick Google search (example) says people don't always filter Polyclar. I've never used it myself tho...

EDIT: one place that sells it does just say wait a week and rack off leaving the sediment.
