WLV was kind of a mess. Got there at 12:30 (silly me thinking this was early enough) and didn't actually leave with my bottles until 2:30ish. Seems they weren't doing much limiting for the first few people, saw folks leaving with a case each full of bombers. After about 30 minutes, staff peeked out, noticed that there was still a line, then announced a "limit 1" on everything. By the time I got in, all that was left was Mad Meg, Encendia, and Gotlandsricka.

Ah, the old Kuhnhenn method for releases. Works like a charm.

Looking forward to pouring Heady for people at DLD again, while they look at me and go "wtf is this?"

#newmoney on Facebook already making posts about Dark Lord Day without even bothering to read the rules about tickets:

"If I get a ticket for my aunt so she can go and mule me beer, how many bottles of Dark Lord and BA variants will she be able to buy?"
I've never been, but will try for tickets this year; really, really hoping to see a drunken brawl where someone rips off their shirt and says "come at me bro" or some variant thereof.

" One Golden ticket per group sales ticket holder. "

That's different, too, right? If I get a ticket and bring a buddy, we only get one Golden Ticket between the two of us?

Or am I interpreting that wrong?

We go over this **** every year... it is clear as day. One golden scratch off ticket per group sales ticket holder.

If you buy two group sales tickets, and you hold one and your buddy holds one well there you go, you each get a golden ticket.

I vote instant ban for anyone that poses ticket/bottle....hell any form of DLD metric question.

See you ******** there.
So when they say "4-bottle allocation per ticket holder", do they mean each ticket holder gets four bottle allocations, or 16 bottles? So I can just buy one regular and one of each variant then, right?

*ducks*

You get 3 bottles.
I was just being a jagoff to stxSS07.

Also, looks like 4 bottles per person:

Unless you were making a joke and I totally missed it like a rube.

Dunt > hey

Progress on the Fulton taproom is coming along nicely.

I can imagine the #newmoney crowd storming this taproom for many months after they finally open and the complaints about how they don't have BCS and variants on-tap all year long. The horror, the horror...
