I have to admit I got some morning enjoyment seeing Treebs looking to snag world class Saisons from CBE like the folks on there even own a saison.

Great offer but comical placement. I just like finding other folks that celebrate Saisons. Just 3 of us in my tasting group out west here. That SdF smacked a few folks upside the head though.

First batch SdF is easily one of the best beers I've had.

I know of a few people in there that definitely have them, it's just if they're willing to give them up. Posted it here anyways, but getting trades done locally in this weather is ideal. If it was summer I wouldn't have posted it there.

Down in the city for a meeting this morning. Stopped by LP Binny's. Grabbed a few things but wanted to try more Spiteful. Asked if they had any bombers, guy goes in back, & comes out w/a $9 milk stout & $15 absinthe BA saison. Ehhhh no.
I hate that we live in a place where Spiteful bombers (a $15 absinthe BA saison no less) need to be kept somewhere #newmoney can't buy the entire lot.

A little Hill Farmstead/FIB humor:

Jeffery (1880-1951) was a neighbor of our grandfather and a thorn in the side of the entire Hill family. He was a failed lawyer turned hoarder of all things beer related. He would pay the out of work railroad workers 3 cents to stand in line for a cup of ale which he would then consume and brag how he was the only person who drank that specific ale. The Hill family despised Jeffery so much that they bought his land after he passed away and now use it for their outhouses and other waste materials. In his honor they brew this extremely inexpensive pils using boastful hops. This is the beer that I dream I would have refused to sell to Jeffery and then maybe he would have fallen outside the farm and injured his neck causing him to wear the neck brace of beer karma shame.
liked but not sure why you would write something like this... is work that boring for you?

My issue with this is that there are so many JEG jokes that can be made with much less effort that are also considerably funnier.

Wow. I can't believe I even have to explain that we were making up goofy HF beers after reading so many bottles and someone went overboard. Are you all such a miserable bunch of trolls that you guys have to make negative comments and question everything? Apparently so.

Not everyone is funny bro. Acceptance is the first step.

Are you actually a JEG troll account?

This coming from someone who has 4 posts on this board, 2 of which are posts of the same joke and who hasn't posted about any topic but JEG?

CCBE: Where folks are now asking for auto body advice. This group sinks lower and lower every day.

There's a car wash in Bend, OR that has a growler fill station I'll be hitting up when I'm out there in July.

Where all are you going out there? I think Oregon will be our next big vacation. So many good saison/wild breweries out there. Something we're sorely lacking :(
