Agreed. I think I'll just drown my sorrows at the Half Acre taproom, pick up my Transient beers from the Beer Temple and put up an anus stretching ISO when I'm drunk later that night.
Speaking of Transient bottles...anyone have any additional info on the Wayward bottles? Still available at Beer Temple? Will they eventually be available at One Trick soon?
No idea on if they'll be available at One Trick, but I went and picked up the bottles I purchased online last night and saw maybe another 3-4 cases of it. They are 650 ml bottles and they ran $7.99. Nice beer.

You can literally buy it online and mark it pick up in store. No longer will you have to pray to a fake deity!

How do these releases typically work? My brother is considering heading over from KC but hasn't ever been. What time should he plan to be there if he actually does go?Place is going to be a ******* zoo.

Is that beer that good? I remember having it on tap a couple years ago and wasn't all that impressed, pretty barrel forward, not much else going on, a little thin

It was kind of shocking how boozy it was and I normally don't have an issue with that. I do think though it will mellow with time kind of like Deths Tar.That's unfortunate. I'll still buy one to see, but I don't have high hopes now.
every rev BA beer in my experience starts pretty boozy fresh but mellows well. deth's tar is a perfect example of a beer that was not very good upon release but is far, far better now.
I agree. Every BA beer I've had from Revolution except perhaps Straight Jacket comes off as "hot" right off the bat.
