I think that one is scarce. I got the 2nd to last small pour of it at Kedzie all the way back on.. Sat Jan 4th?

Doc's Smokehouse in Mokena (off the I-80 and LaGrange road exit) shows that they have 10% left in the keg that they put on for the preview they hosted the day before the release. Also have Ryeway on.

If anyone has an Orin + that Cherry Cola version, I totally slept on those and really want to try that variant. I can swap you some Deep Wood cans you're missing but am all out of VSOJ.

The draft list at middlebrow yesterday was really singing to me with only 1 beer over 6%. The ESB is 100.emoj, and the loaf of bread to-go made for a nice breakfast surprise for the family.

Did all of the local Facebook beer trading groups get shut down? I haven’t traded beer in a very long time so I have no clue about it anymore. I was hoping to try to make a good trade for 1 of each Rev release today.

Wife is 7 months pregnant and home with the flu so getting out of the house is unattainable today.

I'll second "Ten Year is GRATE" and also throw on that (and wear the "bro" hat that goes along with it) the vanilla stout that kicked first at the release was damn good too and did not taste like it was 16+ ABV.

Sanctuary 20 and Totally Uncalled Four had me a little fuzzy walking out of Rev. Thank god the line at Honey Butter was like 3 hrs long.

I enjoyed drinking all the beers though I wasn’t expecting a line out the door at 5:30. I also realized that putting the barrels on the floor allows them to soak up that musky scent that you get from packing hundreds of damp, large men (mostly) in a warm and humid environment for several hours. So when we drink Rev Deep Wood beers, it’s like we’re drinking a distillation of ourselves. Yum.

This particular draft lineup, though, gave me the absolute worst day after ***** in my life. I didn’t care for that.
