What's the level of "give a ****" surrounding Stickee Monkee? I haven't heard much of anything other than how some Chicago (non-suburbs) stores had it pre-release date. I'm hoping that means I can get a bottle out here without bodyslamming someone.

For me, zero. But, like Parabola, stores aren't getting much, so it's going pretty fast.

I'd expect nothing less from FIBs to be putting in PTO for Friday with their bosses now, and in line by 10am by the latest after telling their wives they're going to be home real late from work on Friday lol.

Better than the second batch, not as good as the first batch. The two I've had from this batch have been very good but not amazing.

I tried Off Color's Berliner last night. It was good enough for me to forget about a Kenosha run for Thumbprint.

It was expertly done. Compared to New Glarus' Berliner I'd say Fierce is drier and cleaner, making it more drinkable.

Up around Milwaukee for work yesterday when I realized again why FIBs gotta FIB. Moon Man 6ers for $7 and 4 packs of Berliner for $9 at Woodman's. I mean come on. What am I supposed to do? I can't get a 6 pack of drain pours and buck urine for $7 in Chicagoland. Each time I'm in Wisconsin I am reminded why I love New Glarus.

On a side note, I had Frank from Half Acre/Piece at BUG and it did nothing for me. Forget the howler and run to the border for Moon Man and Berliner. That's how you crush Memorial Day weekend.

I'd say it's more acidic than Prof. Fritz or Bayerischer-Bahnhoff, but less acidic than most American-made Berliners (Night Shift, Perennial, etc.). I haven't had this years' NG Thumbprint Berliner, but I want to say it seems more acidic just because there's less sweetness.
