If your gravity has been stable at 1.018 for a week (or just a few days) you are okay to bottle. Bottle bombs are an issue if your yeast is still actively fermenting.

What temp did you run the fermentation at for the kolsch yeast?

I was fermenting it at ambient temp of 17C-19C using white labs yeast for the first week and a half. Then storing at ambient 18-20C.

By the looks of it, fermentation has stopped a while ago but I don't have a history of gravity readings =(

What are the chances of fermentation still going after almost 4 weeks?
