i have just finished brewing an ale and put the top and the airlock on the plastic bucket. i have my chest freezer set for 62 degrees.
does the bucket go straight in the chest freezer for fermenting or does it need to sit at room temperate first. is 62 degrees good for an ale? i am wondering if it should be cooler or warmer and want to take into account the extra heat given off by the yeast doing its thing.
