Fermentation Timeline

Just curious if there is a diagram/description of a Fermentation Timeline anywhere.

I just want to see what happens at the 1day, 2 day, 1 week, etc marks. What happens between the 1-4 week time period? Everything just settles out, or is there a flavor change? (I'm looking specifically at Apfelwein right now)

Every fermentation is different, especially when it comes to conditioning. If you're real curious, take a hydrometer sample every few days and taste it.

I believe that John Palmer's How to Brew goes through a day to day description (www.howtobrew.com) well it is in the latest version anyways.
