I added my yeast 24 hrs ago and I still have no activity.

Im using US-05

Do I wait? Do I add more?

It has no bubbles and no foam. Its completely clean on top. Looks like orange water.

I posted pictures in my other thread "My Myriad" Nobody even clicked on my post :(

Any help please?

The only thing to do is check to make sure any juice or cider you purchased doesn't have preservatives (like sorbate or benzoate). If not, just wait it out. It may take another day or so to get going.

The hardest thing to do is trust the yeast, but you gotta do it. If you leave them alone, they'll make you beer :D

EDIT: RATS!!!!! Yooper beats me again!!!!

Thanks Yooper and stpug! I was worring since my first run there was activity almost instantly.

It says no preservatives, ingredients are.....

Juice from ripe, whole, organic apples; ascorbic acid (to maintain color).

I hope its telling the truth. I will wait it out.. how long to I hold my breath?

I would wait 72 full hours before pitching anything more.
