hi everyone
I want to brew a small batch, about 2.5 gallons (10 liters) and my fermentor is 5.5 gallons (21 liters). is that too much headspace to ferment?
thank you

You should be fine. It's not ideal to have that much headspace, but I've done it a few times in the past without issue (4 gallons in an 8 gallon bucket). Just keep the lid on and package within a reasonable timeframe after completion.

I agree with rhys333. I'd say the more common oxidation issue is from folks opening up the fermenter daily to check on things. Seal it up and leave it be.
