I finally got my act together and came up with a fermentation chamber! I learned so much from reading all the posts about what others came up with for fermentation chambers, so I figured I'd share my end results to contribute to the collective knowledge (for better or worse). Thanks to all for sharing all your experiences with this -- it made this whole process go very smoothly.
