Fermentable recommendation please

I'm brewing my first AG batch this weekend, an IPA. Are there fermentables that will increase SRM without affecting taste? I'm currently at 4.1 SRM looking to increase that to around 11.

Here's what I have so far:
10 lb - 2 row
4 lb - Golden promise

Not in years, many others have. If you want dark, actual malt, briess midnight wheat is the most neutral.
