I was so bummed that my box got delayed in Maumee for soooo long and it missed its Friday delivery. Also - had i used my home address I probably would have gotten it Saturday. One upside is that the warmest it got was 70 this weekend and lows were well into the 40's :)

Today I shipped out two packages that are going across the country. By shipping today it arrives on Friday and doesn't sit over the weekend. Well, today when I went to drop off the boxes the FedEx guy (not Doug) was picking up. I walked up to the back of the truck and said, "Can I give these to you since they are already paid?". He gladly took them and thanked me for saving him the trip to run into the store to get them.

I consider that a success! I think I am going to try and plan it like this moving forward with all of the issues I have seen lately. @jerbrew you should have your brews at your doorstep on Friday! Cheers!

Oh and I forgot to mention, the other package has some items in there similar to what @TwistedGray likes to ship. They are wrapped in reusable ice packs, so hopefully there are no surprises along the way. ;) Fingers crossed!

When I ship UPS I opt for pickup, and when I ship USPS I drop on the side counter and walk out headphones on. Can't hear, can't answer questions :)

I ship USPS primarily now because for a few bucks more it will arrive a few days earlier (priority shipping). Plus my note from USPS for alcohol policies was written in pencil meaning to me that they don't have a legit system for tracking these types of infractions. Fedex on the other hand...
 
Here is what I have for current delivery status. I'm thinking we'll see some additional deliveries this week. Lets work to get those packages out, especially if you have beer that is best enjoyed fresh!!

I went back I cross referenced which one didn’t make it. Mandarin Chief wasn’t that great of a beer anyway. I mostly sent it for its political satire. I wonder if it exploded or did it get damaged?
