Yeah fruit sours prices are out of control. Goal is to mimic some this summer. Will be starting with Berliner Wiess fruit styles. Got to get past this home improvement work and brew pub build.

I've looked at a couple different BW recipes. Seems decoction mashing is the norm. Might have to pull out the full grain setup again.

Drink the Nimble, ASAP. The Impending Descent, in my experience, is good either fresh , or cellared. It's rich, and a meal in a bottle. You shouldn't regret it, either way. It's fantastic. But not a summr beer. At least hold onto it until the leaves fall.

Figured this was a good enough place to post this. I’m looking for a small side trade for either zombie dust or Pliny the elder (or both).

Got a family member having a birthday in late July and would like to try one or both of them. I’m thinking a 4 or six pack if possible.

I can send nebco, sip o sunshine, bad sins, two roads, or something like that. Let me know if anyone can help hook me up.

I’m not in a rush either...just consolidated & organized my cellar/chest freezer over the weekend. I’ve got plenty of beer to hold me over. I also found a few beers I didn’t realize I had for next round!

That insulated bubble wrap is no joke. Just reused it from a previous trade...might have been from fourfarthing. I’ll need to get some more! It always makes me nervous shipping IPAs cross country this time of year.
