I remember a couple years ago people would make fun and be like “what’s next, sour IPA’s”?! Lol and here they are glorious as ever. Hudson Valley is killin it.

TBC sent me a beer from Pizza Boy called Lemon Dairy, a sour IPA with lactose and lemons. I drank it on the beach and it was awesome.

I had one of these earlier this week. Big Silly by Aslin Brewing Company. It’s a Sour IPA with lactose, vanilla and raspberries. Pretty darn tasty and unique.

I made my list, but it wasn't easy. I am guessing my top 2-3 will be gone by pick 8 but here is to hoping! Even if they are gone the rest of my list is very solid. All the offers are so good I can't wait for tomorrow, as long as we don't lose power tonight. You getting hammered with snow? We have ice here but my sister in Gaylord ad 17" of fresh stuff by noon and it was still falling.

Hell it was tough for me to pick a top 2. There were only 2-3 that I wasn’t interested in mainly because of the style of beer. They all look really good. First time I’ve done it; but, I’m hooked!

You know that we rig the system so newbies get earlier picks and get hooked. We gradually take you back to the end of the line. By that time, it’s impossible to stay away. Just look at how far back I am now. I’ve been in since #2. By the next few, I should be dead last.

I just got the fire built up and sat down so I can spend the next couple hours right here.
