I’m not sure how you don’t pop them sons a *******. That’s a lot of beers.

Assign desired aging times to them all, wait for the cells to go green. I try not to hoard for the sake of hoarding, but rather experiment with aging and see what works.

Amateurs. 457, and that’s not even all of them... I never should have started counting...
BeerXchange makes a solid iPhone app for cellar management, if anyone’s interested. Ties in with Untappd, and you can export a .csv with all your pertinent info.

Oh, i'm aware that i'm not that far through the rabbit hole. Some of the cellars that people share are crazy.

Box from @TBC was delivered and everything looks amazing. Huge thanks for the extras as well!

Like a kid at Christmas I woke early to open my spoils from @EcuPirate07. Everything arrived in excellent shape! Can't wait to start sampling!

Hi my name is Ben. And I have a problem, my cellar is below double digits. Mainly because I have no self restraint. Lol

Thanks for the sweet box ecu!!

I just checked mine today. ( while picking up a million sticks) no blooms. Hoping this last three snow storms didn't stunt them as they were starting to bud in march.

This was an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Dumerso. I roasted it lighter to accentuate the acidity and blueberry notes. Hopefully @orionol73 enjoys that.

I had a weird feeling that would happen. Damn. At least you only lost a bit.

As if this thread and hobby haven’t cost me enough, I just received a twenty dollar bag of Ethiopian coffee in the mail that I will dig into tomorrow (or tonight). :)

The liquor store that I shop at just got some new arrivals. La Folie is one of them. I have heard it was good but is it $20 good? Jolly pumpkin luciernaga is only $15.

After seeing everyone else’s offers I feel like my offer was not generous enough.... I will have to turn up my game next time.

fancy glasses are cool, but i'm coming back around to study glasses. I have a bunch of pint glasses made by anchor that I bought for custom engraving with a lasor cutter that survive everything. Knocked one off a desk onto concrete and it just bounced. I reach for those now 9 times out of 10 when the option is something like the tree house Teku that feels like I could break just by grasping too hard.
