Just voicing my joy over having put my first brew, in almost three years, into the primary about 20 minutes ago! Pretty exciting stuff...
It was an English Ale (had Kent Goldings for my recipe but had to substitute willamette, once again Chicago Brew and Grow holding me back...) I went with the safale 04 yeast, I've never tried it so we'll see how it goes.
Its just as exciting/interesting/addictive/fun as I remember.
