I made this simple saison recipe mainly to taste the saaz hop. This will be my fourth brew so I'm still learning and keeping it simple. Does this look okay? I'm planning on brewing it next week-end

Looks like you're hitting the saison nail on the head. Simple grain bills and German hops make for a great saison. I wouldn't change anything you're doing, except maybe just to boil 90 minutes instead of 60 to be extra sure you drive off any DMS from the boil (cooked corn off flavor)

Looks good to me too. It will be a strong one given 3711's 90% attenuation. Small suggestion... maybe replace 5-8% of your grain bill with table sugar to increase perceived dryness. 3711 comes across with a bit of a slick mouthfeel otherwise.

I'd replace the Munich for more Pilsner and co.bine the 20 and 5 min additions into one. Then it will be simple! :D

Thanks a lot for the help guys, the Saison came out really great. I love it.
