Is this how two weeks of brewing should look?

Need a blowoff
Some yeast act slowly
I needed a blowoff for 3 weeks for wyeast English ale II strain

But, that looks really clean for blowoff
I think someone tipped the fermenter.

Looks a little... sideways?

Really though, that air lock should have more starsan solution or vodka in it... was it filled before?

this is obviously hotly debated but ... i don't think headspace matters so much in primary ... think of all the CO2 you're pushing out, the percentage of oxygen is significantly lowered due to displacement.

same reason blow outs don't cause infection ... you are so actively purging out CO2 that you flush away a majority (obviously not all) of the oxygen.

No problem with that large headspace?

Both good points. I read thru lots of HBT threads and any articles I could find before deciding to try the larger fermenter. I've brewed 10 batches using this fermenter with no problems. I really dislike the idea of a blow-off tube because it gets really gunky and is hard to clean. For a couple of years, I used a 6.5 gallon bucket, but didn't seal the lid for the first five days - just set a 1 - 2 pound weight on the lid. Both of these methods worked for me.

Do you have a cat? It could be cat pee

They are spiteful little things.

Beer went up, then beer went down. ..
Blowoff only gets gunky if it's needed, and it appears it was needed.
If u used vodka, no worries. Enjoy
