What SMaSH brews have you done that turned out well?

Recently did a 2row / columbus and it was awesome.

Marris Otter and East Kent Goldings with Wyeast 1028 is perhaps my favorite beer. There is always some on tap at our house.

Did a Simcoe SMaSH last year to also try out the local barley and see if it's any good, and indeed it is! Beer came out great. Wyeast 1318 worked well with it too.

Maris Otter and Citra on a 90 minute first hop addition boil.

Right out of the primary on bottling day me and my buddy had to refrain from drinking it all.

Ran it on s-04 on the lowest temp possible.

Just did a 11lb Maris Otter/ 4oz willimatte SMaSH on Sunday it's bubbling away in the bucket now. Smells amazing!

I don't like domestic 2-row as the basemalt, since it tastes so neutral, making the beer taste like it has no malt backbone.

My favorite combo is Vienna/Simcoe, fermented with US-05.

Just did 12 lbs of munich with cluster hops the color was awesome. used saflager 23 see how it turns out

I've got a MO/Fuggle in primary right now and this weekend I'm thinking I'll do a Vienna/Chinook with US-05.

I did a Pale Malt / Amarillo, fermented with WLP001. It was fantastic. Loads of grapefruit on the finish.

I think Amarillo and Magnum would pair very well together.
