My husband is requesting an AG version of FT for summer. I've done the extract version a few times, and had a question about converting. Beersmith does the calculations, but is that really the way to go? If I put the recipe into Beersmith as an extract with a 2 gallon boil, then hit "convert to AG", it will convert it to AG with my equipment, right? The measurements are weird- so I would just go up to the nearest ounce. Does that sound right? (Sorry- I'm the resident math dunce around here.)

I love the munich malt and biscuit malt in the FT, but it's not hoppy enough for me. It would make a fine lawnmower beer, though.
