Even if they ferment fast you're still looking at 3-4 days for d-rest, about a week to crash cool and clean up the rotten egg smell and THEN you get to begin lagering phase. Once that is done, then you have to carb your beer. So, outside of fermentation for a normal gravity lager (1.055) and say you can double up on lagering and carbing your still looking at 6.5 weeks.
So if you have a fast yeast it could be 8.5 weeks, a slow one could be 9.5 weeks.
