New Sante and Sargio are up. 5 cases of each

Though it looks like etre did a copy pasta of magic ghosts description instead of writing a new one? Cuz the etre picture sure doesnt look green like the description says

The difference between the tomelife and lambiclife is astounding.

These 2 new beers have been available for almost 3 hours and based on remaining inventory, im the only one who bought anything.

But if this was new loons or fountainz of three they would have been gone before I even had the opportunity to post that 6:30am info.

Not even mad aboot that. ;)

i just bought a few, its me and you now haha

Has anyone gotten a shirt from etre? Is there anything on the back? Also curious about the fit.
I got mine. I ordered a crew neck XL. It fits me like a large that runs a little small. It has this logo in all lime green ink on the back:

This is good to know. I ordered a Large V-Neck right when they were put on the site. This was before 1) They added the crew-neck t-shirts, and 2) They added "women's t-shirt" into the description.

Luckily, they exchanged an XL crew neck for the Large V-neck. I'm just praying that if/when I eventually get the box, that I don't pull out a $35 women's v-neck shirt that is 2 sizes too big for my wife....

Pumped to add a couple Santes and Sergios to this box. Will be even more pumped if Sante 22 ends up just being re-packaged Sante 19.

Checked in on Vertignasse today. What a gem that beer is becoming. Quite reminescent of the 2011 batch of Blanche with mild lemony lactic tartness starting to creep in and slight sweetness almost like cotton candy. My buddy said it best when he said it felt and looked like we were drinking green “huggies” if you are familiar with those childrens drinks.

Also drank a bottle of Printemps that was far and away the best experience i ever had with this beer. Slightly tart and floral with something herbal almost minty going on in it that made it different with every sip and exponentially different with each pour of the beer. Gold cap - labeled as lot 4 f2 15 best before end 2018. I truly hope I have more of these. wow

The Printemps didn’t explode? I think that’s the15 one. Last one I had I consumed 1/3 the bottle up my nose from the explosion, cap removed and cork removed itself instantly.

I always had good luck with that Printemps. I went through a ton of it, because it was so good. Only one gusher.

If I were to rank my favorite recently released Tomes in order:

1) ‘14 de tous le djapes
2) Sante 19
3) Desert Ghost
4a) Printemps
4b) Dalmatienne

Dalmatienne has actually become my go to Fantome lately. Saison is too inconsistent. Dalmatienne has had a much higher batting average over the last few years. Whereas I used to order 6 Saisons with each Etre purchase, I now just go with however many Dalmatiennes I can fit. So good.

Do you recall if you got the 15 Printemps from Etre or US distro?

Your list looks solid, but Gunpowder and Blanche might nudge Desert and Dalmatienne for me. Also that 15 white cap batch of Ete was unreal

My best estimate is that its ‘15. Dont get me wrong, it was strongly carbed but I had it overnight in my extra cold fridge. After popping it, my glass was half foam and the suds inside creeped up the neck of the bottle. I assume it was a ‘15 because the box it was in was all surlie ‘15 that I have stars on the caps to indicate as being an amazing batch. The only other things in the case were ‘14 ete and pissenlit thats either ‘14 or ‘15 and that too was down right amazing as well. Strong currant fruitiness upfront and Fantome house brett all over the finish. Today has been a hallmark day of Fantome drinking without dipping into the crazy one-off offerings.

Speaking of which, screw it... its been awhile since ive done this, im gonna open up my 4th bottle of Fantome for the day and drink a ‘14 ete.

Pics for proof. (First 2 bottles were drank immediately after playing softball.)

This ‘14 batch of ete has always been a little weird. From flat and meh to fully carbed and almost a flanders bruine moreso than a fantome. Ive even had some bottles that tasted more like cider than beer. This one falls strongly in the flanders category. Its smells like chocolate, cheese and apples but tastes like sour cherries with a heavy brett aftertaste mixed with mild oxidation.

15 Printemps was Etre.

I really dug Gunpowder but couldn’t put it in the top 5. I missed Blanche somehow. Also missed white cap Ete, but did have about 5 bottles of the weird flat-ass Ete that stakem posted. What a strange beer.

Drinkin tomes at a kids baseball game in the outline glass = serious knower

I opened a Blanchot yesterday while playing Overcooked 2.

It was well-carbed and, thankfully, didn't gush. It tasted like regular Blanche blended with Tank 4. Light grapefruit with some banana/bubblegum/estery stuff. There was a little bit of the bitterness I've noticed in young, recent tomes, but it played well with everything going on here. I enjoyed this a little more than the recent batch of Blanche.

Thanks to this ghostly gaming fuel, my wife and I have now achieved three stars on all levels of Overcooked 2.

If I can do math accurately, this is my 90th unique Fantome offering.

India Red Ale purchased 3.5 years ago with a cringe as I do not like bitter Fantomes. After all this time, there is still bold hop character to take in and I was surprised by it. Not as bad as I was expecting but also glad I only ever purchased one.

In the true Dany way...I have no idea what im putting in my mouth. Another one of those bottles ya need to drink yourself in its entirety and in the end have no idea wtf just happened. Each sip/glass is different ranging from fruity (no idea what kind of fruit, but not sweet) to bready and malty, then lingering with bitterness but not overdone. All its missing is that house brett character that emerges after a few years. Oh, and the carb level is spot on....for now ;)
