Checked in on Vertignasse today. What a gem that beer is becoming. Quite reminescent of the 2011 batch of Blanche with mild lemony lactic tartness starting to creep in and slight sweetness almost like cotton candy. My buddy said it best when he said it felt and looked like we were drinking green “huggies” if you are familiar with those childrens drinks.

Also drank a bottle of Printemps that was far and away the best experience i ever had with this beer. Slightly tart and floral with something herbal almost minty going on in it that made it different with every sip and exponentially different with each pour of the beer. Gold cap - labeled as lot 4 f2 15 best before end 2018. I truly hope I have more of these. wow
This makes me happy! Stockpiled a decent amount of Vert when it came out because I enjoyed it so much.

Lord have mercy... Just cracked a 2015 sur lie lot ab N 14 and it is straight tart lime juice

2 days later, still thinking about how remarkable this bottle was.

My buddy whom I shared this with said “I had no idea beer could taste like this. Wasnt the last bottle you shared of this like shampoo or something?”

lol yup

Opened what I believe was a US distro coffee ruby “dark” version last night that was in no way, shape or form like my last coffee ruby dark experience.

Cork came out with barley a pop and I had to pour aggressively to get any head formation. It looked like “normal” coffee ruby but taste wise was more similar to Fantome chocolat

Just to make sure I wasnt losing my mind, I dug up my old coffee ruby dark as comparison. (From 3 years ago.)

This is good to know. I ordered a Large V-Neck right when they were put on the site. This was before 1) They added the crew-neck t-shirts, and 2) They added "women's t-shirt" into the description.

Luckily, they exchanged an XL crew neck for the Large V-neck. I'm just praying that if/when I eventually get the box, that I don't pull out a $35 women's v-neck shirt that is 2 sizes too big for my wife....

Pumped to add a couple Santes and Sergios to this box. Will be even more pumped if Sante 22 ends up just being re-packaged Sante 19.

soon new 30 years 'Tome Tshirts ...
