So I just finished brewing my IPA that I posted about yesterday, I am concerned though that my OG was about 1.090! Will 1 pack of yeast be enough or should I pitch another pack? Any chance this will ferment down? I mean even if it hits the 1.020 mark it would be north of 9% ABV... The sample I took was extremely cloudy and there was noticeable hop residue in the sample... Do you think the sample was accurate? Thanks!
