Extract --> AG (conversions)

If I have a solid Extract recipe (and I think I do) what would be the best way to go about converting that into an AG recipe?

I don't know if I need to ask more than that either

Didn't click the link but the general rule I've used is LME is 20% more concentrated than all grain wort. So use 20% less weight of the base malt, everything else is the same. If DME, then use 20% less again.
