Hey everybody - I'm brewing my first ever homebrew (dry stout). I'm planning on sending giving some to some clients as gifts, so I thought I'd bottle some in 22 oz. bottles. Do they require more time to carbonate? If so, roughly how much longer? I only put a dozen in the 22 oz. bottles (I like my clients, but I like my beer more!), so I'd hate to sacrifice more than I have to just to test it. (although...the bright side is that I would get to drink it myself:) )

Thanks!

Yes they do. About 2x as long to be safe, but 4 weeks is probably OK if you want to gamble with clients!

great - thanks! As long as they don't explode in their hands, I'll be happy (although, there are days when that wouldn't be so bad...)
