Hi all,
I've brewed about 25-30 AG batches in the past, and this is a new one for me. This is a 10 gallon cream ale recipe as follows:
20 # 2-row
2 # Vienna
1 # Carapils
1 # Flaked Oats
1 # Flaked Corn
4 oz Cascade
WLP 080 (Cream Ale Yeast)
Mash @ 153, 60 min
OG 1.065
Check the picture- that is about 9 hours after adding the yeast- (fermentor at 71 deg). It is like clouds of yeast clumps floating around. Just a little airlock activity.

Any thoughts?
Thanks, Eric
