Karlsson? Best offensive d-man since the Paul Coffey days.

You really think that Karlsson is better on offense than LeTang? Karlsson is a great resource for the Senators and has had a very good year...but you must be smoking something pretty good to believe what you wrote.

[I'm not suggesting LeTang for this years award...he was out half of the season.]

This is among the most ridiculous things I have ever read.
Letang's best offensive year on a team with Crosby, and Malkin, is 50 points (in 82 games in 2010/11).

Don't be so dumb.

Edit: and don't write LeTang. It's not spelled with a capital T. All that does is make you look douchey in addition to retarded.

+1. The 1st priority for a defenseman is to play defense.

The first priority of EVERYONE on the team is to win the games.
Karlsson does this by putting up 78 points and playing a decent defensive game.

Bottom line is that Ottawa wins more games because of Karlsson. Give him the Hart trophy as well!

LOL @ Columbus. Can't even finish last properly....Edmonton gonig to be pretty sick in a couple years. Although, I think i would trade down to 2 or 3, and draft a defenseman (Murray) and get a couple other picks or prospects to go with it. No need for Yakupov when you have RNH, Hall, and Eberle already.

Don't worry, I also think he'll win the Conn Smythe!

Buckle up Ranger *******! You're up first!

I'm glad you said this. While embarrassing yourself and showing off your lack of hockey knowledge, you also saved me the time of responding to you previous idiotic post. Thanks!!

All of the combined "hockey knowledge" from the East coast and a few Canadians on here wouldn't be enough to clone Pierre Mcguire.

Canucks or Nashville vs NY or Boston in the finals. You heard it here first. I'm not saying Penguins because I think whichever team comes out of the series will be too physically destroyed to pull it off.

Though as much as I REALLY hate to say it (and I mean REALLY), I think Ottawa has a legitimate chance of upsetting NY. They are better than an 8th seed should be, and the season series was 3-1 in their favor... anything can happen. Lundqvist has to be stellar if NY wants to advance.

The thing you're forgetting about Nashville, the play the Wings in the first round.

Meh, that was weak sauce, Nashville probably gets the red and white monkey off their backs this year.

Nope. I definitely didn't forget that :) It's okay to be a homer though... I understand.

Completely has nothing to do with me being a Flyers fan, but for the sake of every non-Pittsburgh fan, I want to see the Flyers win just so I don't have to hear the slurping noises Scott Burnside makes when he's constantly sucking their d*cks in every interview...it's kind of gross.

"No one in the NHL is even capable of playing with them and they don't even deserve to have their ice tarnished by a lesser opponent. *slurp, whipes face*"

I paraphrased, but that's what it sounded like.

jtkratzer, every time I read your posts I think of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

So which one are you? Dennis, Mac, Charlie, or Dee?

No way, he's Frank. Eat some cat food, huff some glue, and try to sleep.

It is a damn good thing Helm is back, even at 70% speed he is 50% faster than anyone else on our team. The third and fourth lines were non-existent without him and he adds a complexity that is hard to defend. Really looking forward to tonight's game, save the stupid Too Too whistle and that God aweful song Nashville plays after a goal. Atleast we get Ken, Mick and "Blowdart" Murph. Go WINGS!

Never seen the show. Heard good things, but I don't watch much TV other than sports.

Lets go Fairies, get it done!! Here's the key to your success...............
