Since you're looking for quick and dirty. Skeeter Pee is damn simple ... just a few ingredients from the store and you're all set. I think only the Apfelwein is simpler!

PC choice frozen strawberry make great wine. Maybe a mead, costco has good low price honey, wait a couple weeks and there will be South American grape juice on the market. Last year N American apples will be way down in price as soon as Southern Hemisphere apples hit the market.

Pick a 100% frozen fruit juice that you like. 3 cans per gallon. Sweeten at the end with more of the same to bring the fruit back up.
It's an early drinker and clears quickly. Nice for summer sippin'
