I am looking at purchasing a 20 gallon stout kettle setup for my home brewery. I would like to eventually go electric but currently need to stick with using propane (don't have a house yet). I am looking at ordering this kettle but was curious if there is a way to cover the electric port so that I can use propane for the time being. I would prefer to get everything for the long haul even if I can't use it at the moment. Any ideas or suggestions? Still new to brewing and got a lot to learn.
